Visa® Credit Card - How can I make a payment?
You can make your payment over the phone via debit card or checking account, stop by a branch, pay online through our credit card login*, or you can always mail your payments to us at: PO Box 20417 Billings, MT 59104. Note* this login is different from online banking credentials.

- 2 years taxes and W-2 (all pages, including all schedules if applicable)

Mortgage - Can I withdraw money from my escrow account?
No, an escrow is an account to hold reserves for payment on taxes and insurance. A portion of your monthly mortgage payment is put into the escrow and when your taxes or insurance are due, we will pay them out of that account. However, once your mortgage is paid off, we will release any remaining funds to you.

What is Valley's routing number?
Valley Credit Union's routing number is 292976861.
What are Valley's requirements for membership?
To become a member, you must live, work, worship, do business, attend school in one of our counties, or be a relative of someone that qualifies for membership.
How often do I get my statements?
If you only have a savings account or loan, you will receive your statements quarterly. If you have an active checking account, LOC, or HELOC you will receive statements monthly.
Where can I find a fee free ATM?
You can use any one of our Valley ATMs located at most branches, or find a surcharge free atm here.
What do I need to open an account?
- Valid government issued photo ID such as a driver license, state issued ID, or passport.
- Proof of address, if different from the one listed on your ID
- Tax Identification Number
- Opening Deposit (all members must open a membership savings with us with a minimum of $25, please see our accounts for information on additional accounts)
How can I make a deposit if I am away from a branch?

Do you offer safe deposit boxes?
Yes, we offer a variety of safe deposit boxes for the safe storage of your valuables. Contact us for available sizes and cost information.
How are my savings insured?
First, as a Valley Credit Union member, your deposits are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) for a minimum of $250,000. The NCUA is an independent agency of the U.S. government, providing similar insurance protection as the FDIC does for bank customers.
Second, accounts exceeding the maximum level of coverage provided by NCUA, additional insurance of a minimum of $750,000 is available through ESi, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Share Insurance, a credit union-owned private deposit insurer founded in 1974 by credit unions, for credit unions.

How do I update my address?

How do I enroll in paperless statements?
Valley encourages paperless statements for members! To enroll, simply login to your online banking and click on eStatements at the top of the page. To enroll in eStatements through our mobile app, simply log in, tap 'More' in the bottom right corner, and select eStatements
Can I login with my fingerprint?
Yes, to enable simply go into your settings on your mobile app.
