Branch Manager – Bozeman, MT
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee all branch operations, providing direction for growth of their branch to achieve the overall objectives of the Credit Union. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and Credit Union policies and procedures. The Branch Manager oversees member services, and ensures a safe, productive work environment for the staff. This position demonstrates strong support in Management’s decisions and the Credit Union’s strategic goals.
Chief Marketing Officer – Billings, MT
The Chief Marketing Officer ensures the alignment of our internal and external brand with corporate objectives, primarily focused on driving growth. This position encompasses strategic leadership for enhancing member and partner engagement, overseeing research, product development, advertising, social media, governmental affairs, and public relations. The Chief Marketing Officer contributes to organizational and strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for all marketing activities and departmental oversight. The Chief Marketing Officer drives revenue growth by implementing successful marketing strategies, including market research, pricing, product marketing, communications, advertising, and public relations initiatives. This position is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and is involved in making organizational and strategic decisions.
Teller – Billings, MT
The Teller provides high quality member service to Credit Union members. This position performs limited transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high degree of accuracy. The Teller maintains accurate transactional records in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures. This position promotes and refers Credit Union services, as appropriate. This is a training level position whose objective is to learn all essential teller skills and product knowledge through training and observation.
Commercial Loan Officer – Billings, MT
The Commercial Loan Officer originates, manages, and supervises a portfolio of commercial loans with the overall objective of maintaining required asset quality as set out by policy and management. Collects and analyzes financial and background information on commercial borrowers to determine credit worthiness. Develops new and existing business relationships. Manages relationships as assigned by management from existing borrowing members. This position may spend some time away from their office in performing loan sale duties for products offered by Valley Credit Union.
